Snoek Recipe

Method

Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan for about ten minutes until it is transparent and golden. Add the potatoes and continue to cook for a further five minutes. Stir often. When the potato starts to soften, add the other vegetables try, Sareng Thongba or Catfish Curry along with the snoek. Shake the pan to mix everything together and simmer for about 15 minutes.
