Cape Malay recipe for curried chicken

10 ml salt
5 ml sugar
375 ml water

3 medium-sized potatoes, quartered
Method
Braise the onion in oil in a saucepan until it is golden brown. This should take about 10 minutes. Add the chicken pieces to the onion.
