Boiled Milk Sponge Cake is ideal for Kids Birthday Cakes
One of the simplest, easiest and indeed cheapest basic recipes that you can use to make a multitude of kids birthday cakes is a boiled milk sponge cake. You will find that when you have made it once, you will want to make it over and over again.
This boiled milk sponge cake takes about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. It's sweet and moist and fluffy in texture and can be served as a plain cake or iced to make it really special.

Boiled Milk Sponge Cake Ingredients
• 60 g margarine or soft butter
• 250 ml milk
• 4 large eggs

Method
