South African Warthog recipe

South African game recipe for Warthog
Warthogs are a type of African wild pig. So if you live anywhere else in the world, you could use whatever wild pig is available for this particular South African game recipe. You could even substitute ordinary pork ribs for this South African game recipe. Alternatively you could use any form of venison (buck) or deer without losing the delicious flavour.

Ingredients
1 large warthog rib
1½ tablespoons cooking oil (sunflower is good)
4 large onions, peeled and sliced

Method

Add the chilli and curry powder and fry gently, stirring. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and allow the mixture to simmer gently for about five minutes.
