Sugar free Blueberry Muffins
Try making this delicious muffin recipe when fresh blueberries are available. Blueberries are not the sweetest berries around, but they are a favourite ingredient for muffins. Sugar free Blueberry Muffins Ingredients:
• 2 cups self raising flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of Xylitol
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 cup blueberries
Method
