Sugar free Blueberry Muffins

Try making this delicious muffin recipe when fresh blueberries are available. Sugar free Blueberry Muffins Ingredients:

• 2 cups self raising flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of Xylitol
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 cup blueberries

Method

Before you do anything else, switch on your oven to heat , Bread with no Yeast to 200 °C and grease your muffin pan with a little butter. This recipe will make 12 to 14 regular sized sugar free blueberry muffins with, and you can double up if you wish.

Get all your ingredients together and start by melting the butter. You can do this on the top of the stove or in a microwave oven. Leave to cool.
