Chocolate Cheesecake

Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients
40 g butter
100 g chocolate digestive biscuits
225 g cream cheese
100g castor sugar
100 g plain chocolate
15 g gelatine
225 ml water
150 ml double cream
Method
