South African BBQ Sosaties

South African BBQ recipe for Sosaties

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb (or other chunks of bone-free lamb)
3 large onions
1 cup dried apricots or peaches
2 tablespoons ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method
