South African BBQ recipe for Sosaties
Regarded as a traditional South African BBQ recipe, sosaties are frequently on the local , Collectible Comic Books SA braai menu. Ingredients
1 leg of lamb (or other chunks of bone-free lamb)
3 large onions
1 cup dried apricots or peaches
2 tablespoons ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar

12 lemon or lime leaves bruised to extract the flavour of the fruit

Method
Slice the meat into cubes, removing all sinew and fat. Slice the onions into cubes about 6 mm square. Cut the fruit , Knitting a Scarf in half.
